Our advanced Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class is designed for experienced practitioners who are looking to take their skills to the next level. Led by our expert instructors, this class will challenge you both physically and mentally, and help you develop a deeper understanding of the art of BJJ. In this class, you'll refine your technique, learn advanced strategies, and develop a deeper understanding of the principles that underpin Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. You'll also have the opportunity to spar and roll with other advanced practitioners, sharpening your skills in a live, competitive setting. Our instructors are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and push past your limits. Whether you're looking to compete at the highest level, or simply want to take your skills to the next level, our advanced Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class will help you reach your full potential. Join us and elevate your game today. In order to be accepted into the Advanced Class, your child must attain 4 stripes on their belt in the beginner class, which is at 5pm.
